The Walsh family has been farming this land for 7 generations and have four children, Tadgh, Aoife, Meabh and Eoin. The family believe in running a farm that is economically sustainable while also maintaining the highest standards of environmental sustainability, milk quality and animal husbandry. The farm is set up in a paddock system with a central farm roadway throughout and serviced by a modern looped water supply system installed in 2014. Rainwater harvesting from shed roofs and plate cooler is in place to recycle and reduce water usage.
